Your Responsibilities as a BCBA at Cornerstone:
We are seeking candidates with an active BCBA certification and substantial experience working with children across various ages and functioning levels.
In this position, you will be expected to:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations utilizing diverse assessment tools to accurately identify your clients' strengths and areas for improvement, leading to the development and ongoing refinement of a detailed Treatment Plan.
- Manage day-to-day case responsibilities for your clients, which includes setting objectives, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous advancement.
- Create, execute, and oversee behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to your dedicated team of RBTs, ensuring effective program implementation through direct observation and supervision.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians committed to unlocking the full potential of our clients.
- Offer guidance to families through parent meetings, aimed at supporting and educating them on their child's development and training them on applicable techniques for home use.
- Facilitate transition and discharge planning for clients concluding their time in your care.

The BCBA role is a full-time, in-person position. Compensation will be competitive, reflecting your experience.
