Your Responsibilities as a BCBA at Cornerstone:

We are seeking candidates with an active BCBA certification and substantial experience working with children across various ages and functioning levels.


In this position, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations utilizing diverse assessment tools to accurately identify your clients' strengths and areas for improvement, leading to the development and ongoing refinement of a detailed Treatment Plan.
  • Manage day-to-day case responsibilities for your clients, which includes setting objectives, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous advancement.
  • Create, execute, and oversee behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide leadership and support to your dedicated team of RBTs, ensuring effective program implementation through direct observation and supervision.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians committed to unlocking the full potential of our clients.
  • Offer guidance to families through parent meetings, aimed at supporting and educating them on their child's development and training them on applicable techniques for home use.
  • Facilitate transition and discharge planning for clients concluding their time in your care.
