Advanced MRI Specialist Travel Opportunity

Job Title: Travel MRI TechnologistWe are currently seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, GA. As a member of our travel team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain valuable experience in different healthcare settings.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year (based on 12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week)
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This will involve working independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patient's body for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensures patient and staff safety, including explaining safety protocol and monitoring patients via closed circuit TV.
- Orients new hires and trains MRI Technologists, students, trainees.
- 2+ years of experience as a MRI Technologist
- Current license in required state
- BLS certification
- Fully proficient in MRI and knowledge of required protocols in performing complex MRI procedures
