About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Data Conversion Specialist to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the conversion of private client data into our MMA Agency Management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process.
  • Develop and implement data strategies in collaboration with MMA and data vendors.
  • Document and implement custom programming for data conversion.
  • Support data validation efforts and identify risks in test results.
  • Partner with other data conversion specialists to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Private Client.
  • Experience with Data Conversions and Agency Management Software.
  • General knowledge of Information Technology language.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into clear instructions.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Applied and Vertafore software products.
  • Experience as an Insurance Account Manager.
