Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a safe and effective environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including assessment, evaluation, planning, and administering medical care activities.
- Perform chart audits and implement processes, procedures, and programs consistent with national, federal, and state guidelines.
- Coordinate and delegate the delivery of care provided by selected members of the healthcare team, consulting with physicians as needed.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate all intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Five years of progressive acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience in critical care, emergency room, or step-down/telemetry units.
- Minimum of three years of supervision or charge nurse experience.
- CRRN certification preferred.
