The Fresh Produce Associate at Niemann Foods is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the preparation and presentation of fruits and vegetables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers through suggestive selling and product sampling.
  • Skillfully cut and prepare fruits and vegetables using various tools and equipment.
  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain knowledge of seasonal produce.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product freshness.
  • Efficiently handle and rotate stock to minimize waste.
  • Support promotional activities and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
