- Respond to incoming calls from Spanish-speaking donors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collect donor contact details and testimonials while ensuring confidentiality.
- Process monetary donations securely by entering credit card information.
- Safeguard the privacy of all donor information.
- Offer to pray with callers as an optional service.
Spiritual Commitment: The role requires a demonstrated faith, including praying for colleagues and participating in on-air fundraising initiatives. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a consistent witness for Him is essential.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
