Critical Care Nurse Wanted for Intensive Unit Position in Connecticut

About the Role:
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate critical care nurse to join our team in an intensive unit setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other health professionals, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a tax-free stipend, paid time off after 1560 hours, medical, dental, and vision benefits, short-term disability, 401(k), and an aggressive refer-a-friend bonus program. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for licensure and CEU's, as well as weekly pay and cancelation protection.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, with experience working in ICU settings. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients' responses, and providing education to patients and families. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of one to three years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a critical care setting. They must also possess a valid RN license, certifications required for this position, and be able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Other requirements include physical abilities such as remaining in a stationary position, moving about, pushing/pulling, bending, and grasping/fine manipulation.
