Position Summary

We invite you to become a part of our team as a Manufacturing Production Specialist. In this role, you will engage in two essential functions within our production sector: Mixing and Coating. As a Mixer, your primary responsibility will be to formulate mixtures utilized in the coating of catalytic converters. This task entails collecting materials, accurately measuring quantities, and preparing the slurry according to specified guidelines. The position demands considerable physical effort, including navigating stairs and maintaining large mixing apparatus.

In the Coating function, you will operate in a dynamic setting, placing converters onto a conveyor system or packaging completed items. You will also oversee machine setup, operation, and ensure production standards are met.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site. The manufacturing setting involves the production of coatings for catalytic converters. It is characterized by non-temperature-controlled conditions and requires physical activities such as squatting, bending, and lifting weights up to 65lbs. Personal protective equipment is mandatory, including safety shoes, hats, gloves, and goggles.
