About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a current dental hygienist license in Virginia and a strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures. A commitment to ongoing learning in dental health maintenance is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized patient care while maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Conduct thorough oral examinations and provide preventive care guidance
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
• Current dental hygienist license in Virginia
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
