Key Responsibilities- Evaluate coverage based on claim reports, insurance policies, endorsements, and applicable statutes and case law.
- Conduct interviews with policyholders, witnesses, and experts as needed.
- Analyze injury information to set case reserves and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare settlement letters, coverage denial letters, and other correspondence as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and personal liability claims handling experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
