Job Overview

Inspire Medical Systems I is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations department, this role will be responsible for the initiation and oversight of clinical centers to ensure the successful conduct of active clinical studies.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify, train, monitor, and oversee study conduct at multiple clinical centers to ensure compliance with study protocol and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and assess the suitability of clinical study centers for participation in Inspire clinical trials.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to maximize enrollment, ensure quality data capture, and optimize study timelines.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research, with a strong background in GCP and 21 CFR 812.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for on-site visits and training.
