Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional service and recommendations to help them achieve their tanning and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized salon environment, including tanning rooms, lobby area, and storage areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
