Job Description

This role involves working on our third shift, where you will be responsible for cutting and stripping tubing, coiling and tying the stripped tubing, cleaning, gaging, and reconnecting the mandrel. Attention to detail and efficiency are essential for this position.

Essential Functions:
  • Cut and strip tubing from the mandrel.
  • Coil the stripped tubing.
  • Clean and gage the mandrel.
  • Reconnect the mandrel after cleaning.
  • Operate air manifolds to prevent bubbles during the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Capacity to lift containers up to 40 pounds to a height of 5 feet.
  • Good manual dexterity for using scissors, pliers, and other tools.
  • Visual acuity to identify various sizes and color variations in tubing.
