About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Fashion Stylist to join our team at Kate Spade. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and styling advice to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product offerings, using your knowledge to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of our store, including merchandising and displaying products in a way that showcases our brand's aesthetic.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fashion trends and product offerings, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new releases and collections.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
