Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
