At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require rehabilitation and physical therapy to regain mobility and function.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:
Outpatient experience preferred
Willingness to work with new graduates
Ability to float to other clinics as needed

Work Environment:
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week
Will see 12-14 patients/day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
