**Role Overview**

Our team is seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host at our Goldsboro location. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest
  • Manage the wait list and communicate guest concerns to the manager when necessary
  • Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls
  • Help fellow team members when needed
