About the Job:

 

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sinceri Senior Living, you play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist them with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility. You will also assist residents to/from appointments, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them into/out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchair lifts, etc.
  • Housekeeping: Make resident beds, empty resident garbage, and tidy resident rooms daily and as needed. You will also clean bedrails, over-the-bed tables, nightstands, etc. as necessary to keep the resident's room tidy and clean.
  • Other: Attend all required staff meetings and in-service training sessions. Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to an atmosphere of team spirit and cooperation within the Community. Answer phones as needed, in a prompt and courteous manner. Promote customer service and positive community relations by treating residents, families, other staff, and all visitors in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be State Registered or Certified Nursing Aide/Assistant in the state for which position is held.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is also preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
  • Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
