The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled workers on various projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct a crew of 2-4 personnel.
- Ensure accurate documentation including files, logs, photographs, and reports are maintained and submitted.
- Coordinate with the project manager for the on-site execution of assigned projects.
- Identify and report any unsafe site conditions or incidents to the relevant authorities.
- Possession of a DOT medical card.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, hearing protection, safety vests, and goggles/safety glasses.
- Willingness to work extended hours and endure outdoor weather conditions, fumes, and proximity to moving mechanical equipment.
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using hands for various activities.
