About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales through your expertise in beauty products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients by identifying their beauty needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to ensure you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise sets and visual displays.
  • Support inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • Authentic passion for beauty and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Previous client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally over 50 pounds with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
