Join Inova's team of dedicated healthcare professionals as a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**About the Role:**

* Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
* Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
* Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.
* Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

**Requirements:**

* Requires a minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
* Prefer 2 years plus of PEDS ED RN experience.
* BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
* If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
* Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
* BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
* Proficient in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others.
* Proficient computer skills required.
