Job Summary: We seek a skilled Conservation Forester - Community Forestry to join our team. This role involves working with community leaders and stakeholders to implement grant-funded projects focused on tree planting, care, removal, and community forestry workforce development. You will also provide technical assistance and develop project strategies, as well as coordinate and deliver community landscape program activities for the NFS and NSA statewide.

Responsibilities:

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in forestry, natural resources, horticulture, landscape design, or a closely related field, plus one year of experience assisting with tree and forest management, natural resources management, forest products, horticulture, landscape design, or a closely related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Valid driver's license and ability to meet University driver eligibility requirements.
