We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld in Orangeburg, NY. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at your assigned location, and responding to critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Monitor security and alarm systems, CCTV monitoring, and dispatch officers as needed
  • Respond to critical situations and provide rapid response
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on activity and incidents
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer with a strong background in security operations. You will have a high school education or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience in a SOC environment, and proficiency in Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, and Email. You will also have experience with CCURE 9000 Access Control and Genetec Video software.

Requirements:
