Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team at Jeff Burtis - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, identifying opportunities to provide additional products and services.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend and explain State Farm insurance products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each product.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Requirements
  • Insurance Experience: Must have prior experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of State Farm products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
