We are currently seeking qualified Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Byhalia, MS. As one of the leading security service providers in the region, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
The duties of our Security Officers encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during duty hours, including providing directions and general information.
- Managing access for guests, visitors, or vendors as necessary.
- Monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
- Maintaining accurate logs related to individuals or property, including packages.
- Responding to incidents, including emergencies, and documenting relevant data for management.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Availability for all three shifts.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting over 50 lbs, conducting foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following are advantageous:
- One year of experience in security or a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or food service.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
