Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

GHR Healthcare - Travel Division is seeking a dedicated and experienced local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of recent hospital experience in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
