Job Summary:

Equiliem is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team on a local contract basis. As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in New Jersey or compact license
  • 2 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
  • BLS and PALS certifications
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as needed
