As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver basic therapeutic nursing care to patients with routine and standardized care requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to unit-based quality improvement activities.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients/families to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, notes, and physician orders.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
- At least 2 years of LPN experience.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a LPN.
