We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Care Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in expanding access to hospice and palliative care services, facilitating the start of hospice services for patients, and educating healthcare partners on the benefits of hospice care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase access to hospice and palliative care services
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate the start of hospice services for patients

  • Ensure high-quality patient care and support through effective coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer relationship management or a related field
  • Strong selling and relationship management skills
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of hospice and palliative care
  • Valid driver's license
