Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty
  • Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care
  • Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Advanced certifications (ie CEN, TNCC, etc.) preferred
  • A minimum of one year Med Surg acute care hospital RN experience
