Job Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This includes performing diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and engaging with patients both in-person and virtually. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading clinic staff to ensure delivery of excellent patient care
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
• Performing diagnostic tests and prescribing medications as needed
• Engaging with patients through in-person and virtual consultations
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Nursing, a Family Nurse Practitioner License, and at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Additionally, you should be proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
