Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance, building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients with enrollment.
  • Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify accuracy and condition, then stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
  • Assist with health aids department maintenance and adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Be flexible and willing to help in various store locations as required.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality expectations to fulfill job requirements.

Physical Demands:

This role requires long periods of standing and frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
