SP+ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
