Hearing Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a talented Audiologist to join our team at Harbor Audiology in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advocating for outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in Audiology and be actively licensed or eligible for licensure in their state. Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills are essential for success in this role. If you are a self-starter with a passion for delivering top-notch care, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide hearing evaluations for patients aged 5 and up
- Conduct tympanometry and earmold impressions
- Sell and fit hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Offer education and communication counseling
- Advocate for patients' best interests and provide clear documentation
- Promote public awareness and educate communities about hearing healthcare
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
