  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
    • Restock shelves, process merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising displays.
  • Sales Support
    • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns.
    • Support sales efforts by maintaining knowledge of products and services.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
