We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Landmark Hospitals. As a critical care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage Patient Conditions: Monitor patients' vital signs and lab results, and take appropriate action to manage their conditions and prevent complications.
- RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital experience, with a preference for ICU and/or TCU (stepdown) experience.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior analytical and critical thinking skills, and a positive, professional demeanor.
