Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Travel Assignment

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist with Trinity Health FirstChoice, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, including critical care, pulmonary function testing, and neonatal intensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Current licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
