Outpatient LPN

At Fresenius Medical Care North America, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive work environment for our team members. As an Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dialysis services to our patients.

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, including administering and monitoring dialysis treatments.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on dialysis flow sheets.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
• Current appropriate State licensure
• One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
• Ability to provide coverage at area facilities during times of short-staffing or as required
