Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Brightwood Center - Follansbee, WV. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients/residents. Your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring patient/resident safety and well-being, and providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patient/resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients/residents and their families
  • Participate in patient/resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
