">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Telemetry unit.
">As a nurse on this unit, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process.
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care">
- Demonstrating technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes">
- Demonstrating clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations">
- Developing self and contributing to the professional practice of nursing">
- Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Current RN licensure in the state of employment">
- 1-2 years of experience in a telemetry or similar setting">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification">
