Pebble Creek Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is actively seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to enhance our nursing team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in resident report exchanges at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Delivering personal and nursing care in alignment with resident care plans.
  • Facilitating and leading resident activities.
  • Monitoring and addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assisting residents in preparation for various activities both inside and outside the facility.
  • Ensuring that all resident care is delivered respectfully and compassionately.
  • Performing essential nursing care tasks as required.
  • Creating a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Timely and compassionate fulfillment of residents' food service needs.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of residents' daily living activities and specific care programs.
  • Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies, objectives, and safety standards.
  • Participating in training and educational programs to maintain certification and improve care quality.
  • Carrying out other related duties as assigned.
