Job Summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient and family education to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Requirements
  • RN License in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification (required for Charge Nurses, High Ops, and ICU).
  • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
  • Higher comfort level working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.
  • Two years of experience in direct patient care.
Compensation

$60.00 per hour.
