**Job Requirements:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, customer service, and team leadership. Key requirements include:
- Advanced education degree or coursework desired
- Previous store management experience required, including personnel and financial management experience
- P&L experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Bona fide management/leadership skills
