Employee Experience Manager

PCR Staffing is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the overall employee experience and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.
This is a Direct Hire position with an estimated hourly pay rate of $25-26.00/hr., based on experience and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with a Bachelor's degree, and possess expertise in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and employee relations.
You'll be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in creating and implementing employee training programs, conducting new employee orientations, and maintaining accurate records of employee data, including benefits participation and personnel transactions. Additionally, you'll assist in recruiting, interviewing, and testing employees to fill vacant positions, coordinate management and production training, and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
As an Employee Experience Manager, you'll also assist in creating and administering performance review programs, salary administration programs, benefits programs, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Key skills include HR generalist, compensation, benefits, manufacturing, and recruitment.
