Cómo impactarás:
- Desarrollando relaciones significativas con los residentes y sus familias mediante un enfoque de cuidador constante.
- Evaluando y documentando el estado clínico de los residentes en sus registros médicos electrónicos.
- Actualizando los planes de atención según sea necesario para reflejar cambios en las necesidades de los residentes.
- Supervisando y liderando a los asociados de atención.
- Administrando medicamentos de manera oportuna y precisa.
- Participando en reuniones relacionadas con los resultados y la atención de los residentes.
- Respondiendo a las inquietudes de residentes y familias de manera profesional y oportuna.
- Participando en la revisión de indicadores clínicos.
- Otras tareas asignadas por el líder clínico RN.

Lo que necesitarás:
- Graduado de un programa aprobado de Enfermería Práctica/Vocacional.
- Un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en atención asistida, salud en el hogar o atención a largo plazo es preferido.
- Pasión por cuidar a los ancianos y ser un fuerte defensor de los residentes.
- Experiencia con registros médicos electrónicos es preferida.
