Job Overview

The Field Technician will be responsible for supporting a region of clubs with day-to-day repair and maintenance issues. This role will involve spending most of the time in the field visiting clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all fitness equipment to ensure it is working properly.
  • Ensure knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials used for repair of in-club machines.
  • Service channel (Work order platform)
  • Work closely with the Field Supervisor to ensure efficient completion and tracking of all tasks.
  • Respond to all service requests in the locations supported in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all storage areas and ensure accurate inventory is kept.
  • Ensure all equipment repair is logged and up to date.
  • Partner with club managers in the region as it relates to preventative care of the fitness equipment in their club.
Requirements
  • Able to handle/move equipment and inventory in excess of 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable using tools, climbing on ladders, etc.
  • Familiarity and ability to work on all types of fitness equipment.
  • Must have a strong sense of initiative and be able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
