Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessment and data collection in a systematic manner, focusing on the physiologic, psychobiologic, and cognitive needs of patients and families.
  • Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practices.
  • Maintain personal contact with patients and relatives, being sensitive to their needs for courtesy, dignity, and privacy.
  • Store, check, and administer medication in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain timely and accurate nursing records, ensuring confidentiality is respected.
  • Work with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, admission, and recovery of patients, and other related procedures.
Requirements
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certifications
  • ACLS Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting
