Job Overview

Compensation: General Equipment Operator - $21.50/hour plus a $1.30 shift premium.
Work Schedule: 2nd/3rd shift - Work 36 hours and receive pay for 48 hours.

Shift hours are from 5:30 pm to 6:00 am, Friday through Sunday, with an additional shift premium of $1.50/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all production, sanitation, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Uphold food safety and quality standards throughout all assigned tasks.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as required.
- Adhere to all cleaning and housekeeping protocols for equipment and workspaces.
- Follow all plant safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation regulations.
- Frequently lift up to 40 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., and infrequently up to 75 lbs.
- Regularly climb stairs, reach overhead, bend, and twist.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic English reading, writing, and verbal skills are required, along with math and computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods is essential.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. frequently.
- Proficiency in operating all production and warehouse equipment, including forklifts and sanitation tools, is necessary.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
