Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients, with a focus on long-range goals and plans.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- Current certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or one of the following AWHONN courses: Intermediate FHM, Intermediate FHM Instructor, Advanced FHM Instructor, or Instructor Trainer.
- Current STABLE (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants) certification from one of the following courses: Participant, Lead Instructor, or Support Instructor.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current NRP certification.
