Your responsibilities will include assessing each call situation to determine the best course of action, utilizing your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures, communicating with patients and loved ones, acting as a Paramedic team leader, driving the ambulance on 911 responses, and participating in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations. To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), a State Paramedic License, a State Driver's License, BLS, ACLS, a driving record in compliance with company policy, and a pass Physical Agility Test. Additionally, some work experience, preferably in healthcare, is preferred.
